DOUBLE STITCHING EVERYWHERE
Providing double stitching everywhere and quadruple in areas of high tear and at bottom stress point to make sure the inflatables are strong enough.

PROFESSIONAL MACHINE
We use high quality professional inflatable sewing machines, which special in sewing 18oz Vinyl. At the same time, we use 12 lines high strength nylon thread to construct each inflatable product.

Heavy Duty quick deflation zipper
We make enough air out zipper for each game according to the requirement of EN14960. So they can help you deflate the inflatable more quickly. We do reinforcement for all the zipper joints, and above the zipper, there is a zipper cover by velcro material which is help to disperse the zipper's stress. We may also make a inside PVC piece to protect the zipper.

REINFORCED STRIPS AT JOINT

We will make reinforcestrips at the bottom joint and each corner. So when the kids bounce on the games, you do not need to worry about the safety at all. As the bottom can bear the kids no matter how they play on the games.

D RINGS FOR FIXATION

Each product will have thick stainless steel D rings or O rings to fix the inflatable. It makes the inflatable steady enough for safty reason.
